The 20 # high-rise residential building of China Aviation Industry Group Luoyang Electro-optic Equipment Research Institute is located in Kaixuan West Road, Luoyang. It is a civil high-rise residential project with a complex building shape and several prominent components such as balconies, air-conditioning shelves, and external decoration lines, which makes the quality control technology difficult. There are totally 422 waterproof parts on the roof and in the kitchens and bathrooms of 208 units. The entire construction process is under the supervision of the residents to make sure that the 208 units are satisfied with it.
The project has won a series of awards and honors such as the “Zhongzhou Cup” Prize of Henan construction project (provincial high quality project), excellent engineering award of urban and rural construction of Henan province, the high quality structural project of Henan province, and the demonstration project of new technology application in the construction industry of Henan province.
