Opposite to international indirect investment, international direct investment is made by investors who directly run and operate business in a foreign country. It is also one kind of international investment.

In recent years, after in-depth site investigation and in combination with its own production and operation capacity status, Henan D.R. founded the Henan D.R. Construction Group Nig. Fze in Lekki Free Zone, Lagos, Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Free Zone is a national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone approved by Chinese government. Henan D.R. purchased a piece of land which is 8.3 hectares in the zone for the construction of building material industrial park.

At the same time, in order to achieve diversified development in Pakistan, Henan D.R. founded the Easy Prefabricated Homes (Private) Limited in Faisalabad M3 Industrial City in Punjab, Pakistan. Henan D.R. is dedicated to bringing China’s advanced prefabricated housing technology to the local place and actively participating in the NAYA low-cost housing project proposed by the new Pakistani government.
