Henan D.R.’s informatization application has lasted for seven years, with a construction investment of over 20 million RMB. At present, Henan D.R. has a modern information machine room with complete facilities. Double 100M optical fibers of Unicom and Telecom are adopted to connect the internet. 10 major information systems including OA office, human resources, financial accounting, fund management, operation management, project management, file management, enterprise mail, business intelligence and portal website are deployed and four information platforms including collaborative office, business control, auxiliary information and decision support, an enterprise portal, and a data center are formed. At present, the implementation of Henan D.R.'s informatization construction has entered the 2.0 era, reaching the leading level in the country. Henan D.R. is awarded the “Demonstration Project of Science and Technology Plan Project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development”.
