On January 15, 2017, Henan D.R. formally issued Manual for Management and Practice of Social Responsibility. Enterprise social responsibility performance is raised from spontaneous behavior to strategy position, which is aimed at cultivating both the Enterprise and employees thereof with conscientiousness and responsibility.

The rich social responsibility practice has earned many honors and rave review for Henan D.R.: at the conference of the 2019 Chinese Private Enterprise Social Responsibility Report Blue Print organized by the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, Henan D.R. is the first company selected from Henan Province to be one of the outstanding cases of social responsibility of private enterprises in China. At the conference of the 2019 Henan Top 100 Private Enterprises held by Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce, Henan D.R. ranks second on Top 100 Social Responsibility practice List Private Enterprise in Henan and is one of the top ten outstanding cases in practicing social responsibility in Henan Province; In October 2019, it was awarded “Henan Provincial Private Enterprise Social Responsibility Practice Research Base” by Henan Province Federation of Industry and Commerce, which sets benchmarks and examples for private enterprises in Henan Province to fulfill their social responsibilities.
