Hunutlu Thermal Power Plant 2x 660MW Ultra-Supercritical Units Main Workshop Project
The project is invested and constructed by EMBA Power Generation Co., Ltd., a Sino-Turkish joint venture. The project is a key project of China's "Belt and Road" initiative and Turkey's "Middle Corridor" plan. It has planned to build two sets of 660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units, as well as flue gas desulfurization and SCR denigration units according to ultra-clean emission standards. It is aimed at building a "clean, efficient and reliable world-class power plant". It is the largest project invested directly by Chinese enterprise in Turkey since the establishment of diplomatic tie between the two countries. It is also the first imported coal power project invested by Chinese enterprise in Turkey. The supply rate of Chinese equipment exceeds 90%. The "Going Global" strategy is fully realized in the aspect of Chinese design, standards, equipment, technology, management and service.
Henan D.R. undertook the bid section 4# of the project and cooling tower anti-corrosion project, mainly including natural draft cooling towers, Euro silos, ash storages, coal conveying system from T2 transfer station to T5 transfer station, drainage work wells and some ancillary projects. The total contract amount is 697.26 million yuan. The self-lifting system of the all-steel large formwork triangular truss operating platform used in the construction of euro silo wall is a new formwork system independently developed by Henan D.R..
