International labor cooperation refers to operating activities of organizing laborers to work in a different country or region for foreign enterprises or institutions (hereinafter referred to as the foreign employer), i.e. “International Labor Dispatch”.

On August 9, 2019, Xinxiang Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the Qualification Certificate for International Labor Cooperation to Henan D.R., granting the company to conduct international labor cooperation business and dispatch laborers overseas.

The approval of the qualification for international labor cooperation laid a foundation for the regulated development of Henan D.R.’s overseas market, expanded Henan D.R.’s overseas business platform, and brought new momentum and opportunities for the development of overseas market.
