Henan D.R. has a Grade A design qualification in the construction industry (construction project, civil air defense project) in professional engineering design, and can undertake Class A special design business including construction project, civil air defense project, architectural decoration, architectural curtain walls, steel structure project, building intelligent systems, lighting project, fire protection facilities project. Henan D.R. also has Class B qualification in project surveying (geotechnical design).There are 85 designers including five registered architects, five registered structural engineers, two registered civil engineers (geotechnical), two registered public equipment engineers (HVAC), two and registered public equipment engineers. (Water supply and drainage) people, two registered public equipment engineers (power), four registered electrical engineers (power transmission and transformation), two registered electrical engineers (power supply and distribution), four registered urban and rural planners, five primary registered construction engineer, 18 senior engineers, and 35 intermediate engineers. They are a team of scientific and technical personnel with high technical level and good service quality.  
Henan D.R. has a strong BIM technical team and BIM technology is used in the whole process of proposal plan, deepening design, and construction drawing. BIM technology is used in parallel with traditional design. During the design process, errors, omissions, bumps, and defects in traditional drawings can be completely solved, and the quality of the drawings is guaranteed to form a unique design concept.
