International aid projects is one form of international contracting project undertaken by Henan D.R.. On August 29, 2019, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Approval on the Qualification for Henan D.R. Construction Group Co., Ltd. Carrying out General Contracting International Aid Turn-key Projects (Approval: Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. Expedited Word Commerce Joint Approval [2019] No. 522), signifying that Henan D.R. obtained the qualification for international aid turn-key projects general contracting (qualification code: 29201901125).

With the approval of the qualification, Henan D.R. can better expand the field of overseas contracting projects, and achieve better and faster development of overseas business.
