Henan D.R. Steel Structure Co., Ltd.( Referred to as: Henan D.R. Steel Structure ) is located in the north district of Yanjin county, Henan province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan D. R. Construction Group Co., Ltd.. The company is now a member of China Steel Construction Society, and the vice president unit of Henan Steel Construction Society, with qualifications of Steel Structure Project Professional Contracting at First Grade and Steel Structure Manufacturing at First Grade. Up to now, it has obtained AISC Quality System Certification, CWB Certification, and EN1090 Certification. It is a large-scale steel structure company with a full industrial chain, integrating R & D, design, manufacturing, installation, testing and foreign import and export trade. Henan D.R. Steel Structure now has over 50 professor-level senior engineers, senior engineers and engineers, over 300 senior technicians, intermediate technicians and other technical staff, making up a strong technical force. It cooperates with dozens of universities and scientific research institutions, including Tongji University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Zhengzhou University, Guangzhou UB Consulting Company, North China University of Water Resources And Electric Power etc., implementing the integration of “Production, Study and Research”. It also advocates the technical innovation model of “Promoting Research by practice” to encourage the enthusiasm of R & D personnel and ensure timely implementation and application of scientific research results.

The company covers an area of 200,000㎡and has workshops of modern steel structure processing base covering an area of 100,000 m2. It has nine domestic advanced light and heavy steel production lines, equipped with over 300 sets of high-precision and heavy-duty steel components processing equipment such as NC cutting machine, gantry submerged arc welding machine, NC flat drilling machine, 3D NC drilling machine, H-shaped steel fore shaft miller, NC gantry corner band sawing machine, NC intersecting line cutting machine, net rack automatic welding machine, filament and consumable nozzle electro-slag welding machine, bending machine, large face miller, plate bending rolls, cross-wire welder, cantilever welding machine, shot blasting machine, etc.. The maximum processing capacity of a single unit is 200 tons. The heavy steel workshop, span, and equipment capabilities take the leading position in Henan, and are at the forefront in China. The company strictly undertakes its social environmental responsibilities. Large-scale totally enclosed sand blasting workshops and painting rooms have advanced waste gas treatment equipment like activated carbon adsorption, catalytic combustion etc.. The company has comprehensive processing capabilities of all kinds of special-shaped complicated components such as steel bridges, wind power towers, steel structure cooling towers, box-shaped, cross-shaped, H-shaped, round tube-type, long-span tube trusses, long-span space truss, different kinds of plate work equipment, Z-shaped steel, C-shaped steel, and various profiled plates, covering the manufacturing of all heavy, medium and light steel structures. The annual production capacity is 100,000 tons. With advanced installation and construction technologies (BIM, measuring robots etc.), the annual installation capacity exceeds 200,000 tons. The company has a professional logistics company with an annual delivery volume of over 300,000 tons. It is experienced and competent in international distribution.

Henan D.R. Steel Structure has dedicated to the society many excellent projects in the fields of housing construction, energy, building materials, electric power, chemical industry, municipal public facilities etc.. By now it has completed 1,800,000 tons of steel structure manufacturing and installation in total. The under-construction Mengneng Xilin Thermal Power Plant 2×350MW Heating Unit Steel Structure Cooling Tower Project, with a total weight of 5,340 tons, a height of 181 m and tower bottom diameter of 154 m, currently is the highest and the largest steel structure cooling tower in the world. Six projects, including Huaneng Qinbei Power Plant etc. of which the company participated in the construction won Luban Prize —— the highest prize for China construction projects; Thirteen projects, including the Pingdingshan Second Power Plant Phase I 2×1000MW Unit etc., won National High Quality Project “Gold Medal” or “Silver Medal”; The New Jiujiang--Nanchang  Intercity Railway Project Nanchang Station Reconstruction Project won “China Steel Structure Gold Award” —— the highest prize for China steel structure.
