Henan D.R. Fair-faced Concrete Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan D.R. Construction Group Co., Ltd., it is invested and established to build a whole industry chain for prefabricated buildings. Fair-faced Concrete Technology PC Factory is conveniently located in the Henan D.R. Industrial Park in the Yanjin Agglomeration District, adjacent to the Provincial Road S308, three kilometers away to the New National Highway 107 eastward, two kilometers to the Changji Expressway in the north, and 14 kilometers away from the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway westward. 

Relying on Henan D.R.’s special qualifications for construction general contracting, design institute of Class A, BIM Center and Henan D. R, Jingmei Curtain Wall Technology Co., Ltd., the Fair-faced Concrete Technology Company has a complete industrial chain and the capability of EPC general contracting for prefabricated buildings. Currently, the company has a research team of 16 staff with postgraduates constituting the main force. With the aim of creating excellent products, it has been committed to the research and development of technology integrations for high value-added concrete components since its establishment, pushing forward the modernization of construction industry steadily.

Phase I PC Component Production Line of Fair-faced Concrete Technology has been completed and put into operation. This project covers an area of 30,000 m2. It has established one flexible integrated automation production line, two fixed die sets production lines, and one steel bar automatic processing production line. These four production lines all adopt domestic advanced production equipment, and information management system, which ensures skillful technology and advanced management. At present, PC Factory is capable to supply all kinds of prefabricated building components and municipal precast concrete products. With complete product specifications and wide covering scope, the company can meet the needs of various prefabricated concrete constructions. 

Phase II PC Component Production Line of Fair-faced Concrete Technology is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in June 2018. Planned to cover an area of 133,333 m2 with an investment capital of 300 million RMB, it has established three PC production lines, two light wallboard production lines, and one steel bar processing production line. The products will cover beams, columns, plates, utility tunnel, complete set of bathrooms, and integrated kitchens, etc., with an annual production capacity of over 300,000 m3.
