Fair-Faced Concrete Technology

Henan D.R. has always been an industry leader in the research, development and application of fair-faced concrete technology. Up to now, fair-faced concrete technology has been applied in all the thermal power generation projects constructed by Henan D.R.. Through scientific research, Henan D.R. has successfully implemented the finishing fair-faced concrete technology in the concrete exterior walls of civil buildings. The front comprehensive office building and other projects of Huaneng Shandong Shidao Bay High-temperature Gas Cooled Reactor Nuclear Power Plant constructed by Henan D.R. are reputed as the largest finishing fair-faced concrete buildings in China. In the past three years, Henan D.R. has stepped up the research on fair-faced concrete technology, and the application of this technology has expanded from civil buildings to industrial factory. Among them, the main block of Datang Sanmenxia Thermal Power Plant Phase III Project is a representative case in the use of finish fair-faced concrete technology and has been awarded the honorary title of "Green Construction Technology Demonstration Project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development". At the same time, the finish fair-faced concrete technology has successfully extended from the cast-in-situ structure to the PC components in the industrial park of Henan D.R.. So far, Henan D.R. has obtained 18 patents for inventions and utility models related to fair-faced concrete and 11 scientific and technological achievements above the provincial and ministerial levels, leading the technological frontier in the development of the fair-faced concrete industry nationwide.
