BIM+ Smart Construction Technology

In recent years, Henan D.R. has vigorously promoted the application of BIM technology in civil and electric power projects, and established BIM center. The application and promotion of BIM technology in Henan D.R. has achieved fruitful results. BIM2.0 was launched in 2016 and the main feature of this phase is “BIM+Smart Site Construction”. More than 20 comprehensive management items such as labor service management, safety inspection, quality management and dangerous and large-scale projects have been implemented. A number of fabricated construction projects such as the company’s industrial park office building, Shouzhuo Park and Zhengzhou University Talent Building have been listed as demonstration projects. This technology has improved the management level, reduced the management cost and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. Due to the successful application of BIM technology in Henan D.R., Henan D.R. was invited to attend a lecture tour on the application of BIM technology organized by Henan Construction Association in 2016.  The Implementation Guide for BIM Technology Application for Construction Enterprises, compiled mainly by Henan D.R., was published and distributed by China Construction Industry Press in January 2017. In May 2017, Henan D.R. was invited to participate in the compilation of Henan Province’s engineering construction standard Application Standard of Civil Building Information Model. In addition, Henan D.R. also won one second prize in the BIM application competition of China construction association, two third prizes in the BIM application competition of China construction association, and four prizes in the "Zhongyuan Cup" BIM competition of Henan province. These awards indicate that Henan D.R. has reached the leading level in the province and even in China in the field of information technology.
