On Nov. 7, Mr. Amer, Deputy Chairman of Pakistan NAYA Housing and Development Committee, Mr. Kalmar, Chairman of the Brickwall Company, and He Wei, Director of CMEC Office in Pakistan paid a visit to Henan D.R.. Accompanied by Deputy Chairman Wang Qingwei and Cheng Cunpan, Deputy General Manager Chen Jianzhong and Zhang Junfeng, they took a two-day visit and exchanged ideas with Henan D.R..
When visiting the Shouzhuo Park, Wang Qingwei, Vice Chairman of Henan D.R., explained the assembly technique and decoration standard of the model room, etc. of Apartment #3, and intuitively elaborated on development and operation of Henan D.R.’s distinctive prefabricated building by taking the on-site molding sample as an example.
Later on, under the guidance of the relevant person in charge of Henan D.R.’s industrial park, taking the single-story low-cost model housing in the industrial park as a focus to visit, Mr. Amer also visited the Jingmei Curtain Wall glass workshop, heavy steel workshop, Fair-faced Technology PC production workshop and other areas. Mr. Amer spoke highly of the standardized production line process in the industrial park.
The next morning, Mr. Amer and his delegation came to the headquarter of Henan D.R. to attend the meeting in which Deputy Chairman of Henan D.R., Cheng Cunpan, Deputy General Manager, Chen Jianzhong and Zhang Junfeng, Director of International Commerce, Wang Zheng, Deputy Chief Engineer and General Manager in South Asia, Zhang Guangfu all participated. The two parties took in-depth discussion on the Pakistan NAYA Housing Project.
During the visit, Mr. Amer and his delegation also visited Huang Daoyuan, Chairman of Henan D.R.. They had a cordial talk on the next step of in-depth cooperation with Henan D.R. in Pakistan.
Pakistan NAYA Housing and Development Committee is a management committee especially established by the Government of Pakistan to promote the project of 5million units of low-cost housing. This committee is directly supervised by the Prime Minister’s Office and is responsible for the planning, development and construction of the Pakistan NAYA Housing Project.
Through this interchange activity, the Pakistan NAYA Housing and Development Committee has had a better understanding of our low-cost housing products, and Henan D.R. also further learned the detailed plan of the Government of Pakistan, which exerts a positive influence on Henan D.R.’s following participation in the NAYA Housing Project, and accelerates the company’s overseas business development.
