After careful preparation in the early stage, on the morning of January 12, the phase I pile foundation work of Jiaozuo Guiyu Jiangnan Beiyuan, a project invested by Henan D.R. Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., started, which also indicates the begging of the whole construction project. The pile foundation work is undertaken by the Construction Foundation Branch.
The Jiaozuo Guiyu Jiangnan Beiyuan project was jointly developed by Henan D.R. Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Henan Lanhong Real Estate Co., Ltd.. The project covers a land area of 37,364m2 and a total building area of about 132,600m2, including eight high-rise residential buildings with 23-26 levels, one apartment building with 13 levels, one one-storey building used for property management, commerce at the bottom and underground garage. The residential buildings include two types of units. One covers an area of about 106m2 with three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms and the other covers an area of about 156m2 with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
Next, the Henan D.R. Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. will work closely with all participating units to promote the project with high quality and fulfill their promise to people in Jiaozuo. At the same time, it will continue to strive for more opportunities for Henan D.R. to diversify its industrial chain, and further help Henan D.R. to expand its market.
