The total amount of the contract price of these new projects is up to 245,525,800 yuan.
On August 12, Henan D.R. received the Letter of Acceptance of the Sino-African Building Materials Niger 3000t/d Clinker Cement Production Line Supporting 30MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project from the Sino-African Building Materials Niger Co., Ltd. The bid-winning price is 63,798,500 yuan, and the time for completion under the contract is 12 months. This is the first project undertaken by Henan D.R. in Niger, and it is also a new breakthrough in Niger market and a new achievement made by Henan D.R. in exploring West Africa market and its surrounding area in project contracting.
On September 9, Henan D.R. successfully signed an EPC contract for the ENUGU15MW coal-fired power plant project with Berkeley Yongda Machinery Co., Ltd. and Sapphire Ceramics Nigeria Co., Ltd. The total contract price is 103,570,000 yuan and the time for completion under the contract is 12 months. As the first overseas EPC project undertaken by Henan D.R., the signing of this project is of great significance to us, indicating that Henan D.R. has achieved important breakthrough in EPC contracting of international power plant project, and Henan D.R. has become stronger in overseas business expansion.
On October 5, Henan D.R. formally received the Letter of Acceptance issued by the general contractor, China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven, LTD. for the ADD2.2/C2.2 Temporary Building Installation and Supporting Project (the first bid section) of the Russia Baltic Chemical Complex project with a contract price of 78,157,300 yuan. It is the world's largest integrated ethylene project jointly built by China and Russia with the largest amount of contract price in a single contract in the global petrochemical field. With the world's most advanced technology and standard, it is a combined petrochemical plant with an annual output of 2.8 million tons of ethylene, etc.. The successful winning of this project marks Henan D.R.'s important breakthrough in market development in the field of petroleum (natural gas) chemical industry, and also laid a solid foundation for Henan D.R. to participate in the further project of the China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven, LTD. Russia Baltic Chemical Complex Project, and to explore the Central and Northern Asia and even European markets.
