At 9:16 on May 17th, the main structure of the chimney outer frame of Guoneng Qingyuan Power Plant Project, which is undertaken by the Chimney and Cooling Tower Branch of Henan D.R., was successful completed. Chen Weizhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guoneng Qingyuan Power Plant, Cheng Hui, Zhang Jiguo and Qiao Riping, Deputy General Managers, Li Yukai, Director of Integrity Supervision, and heads of various departments were invited to attend the completion ceremony. Ma Jiangtao, Deputy Chief Engineer of Henan D.R., Deputy Manager of the Chimney and Cooling Tower Branch and Project Manager of Guoneng Qingyuan Power Plant, presided over the completion ceremony.
From the start, the Project Department has always implemented the construction concept of "model guide, highlights display, exquisite workmanship and creating excellent projects". The chimney outer frame under construction has accurate dimensions, smooth lines, and fine joint seams with solid inside and glossy outside concrete. In the labor competition campaign of "Socialism is Based on Practical Actions", the Project Department has been awarded the title of "Advanced Unit" for three consecutive sessions, building the corporate image of "Invincible Team of Central Plains and Strong Contingent in the field of Power Construction" of Henan D.R..
During the construction of the chimney, with the strong support and assistance of Henan D.R. headquarters and its branches, the Project Department overcame difficulties such as construction in rainy seasons, under high humidity and high temperature, and repeated outbreak of COVID-19 and so on. Through meticulous organization and reasonable arrangements, the continuous construction without Spring Festival holidays and the efficient completion of milestones in advance, the Project Department was praised by the employer.
In the subsequent construction process, the project management team will be goal-oriented to ensure the achievement of all milestone objectives.
