On December 10, the fourth Council of the ninth China Building Decoration Association, the sixth Standing Council of the ninth China Building Decoration Association and the 40th anniversary conference of the establishment of the China Building Decoration Association were successfully held in Beijing Convention Center.During the event, the winners of the 2023–2024 China Building Engineering Decoration Awards were officially announced. The Decoration Branch of our Group received the highest honor in the decoration industry for its outstanding interior decoration work on the Nanyang Orthopedic Hospital Relocation Project.
The interior decoration project for the relocation of Nanyang Orthopedic Hospital is one of the key projects undertaken by the Decoration Branch in recent years. As an important medical institution in the region, it plays a crucial role in improving the local healthcare environment, enhancing service quality, and ultimately benefiting the community. The total construction area of the project is 93,000 square meters, of which the decoration area is about 50177.63 square meters. The scope of the project's construction includes the decoration of the seven above-ground floors of the outpatient and medical technology building, the twelve floors of the ward building, and the corridors above ground. The project adopts a frame-shear wall structure and has a fire resistance rating of Grade I.
During the construction process, the Decoration Branch fully demonstrated its professional strength and innovation capabilities in the field of building decoration. The project team, demonstrating outstanding craftsmanship and adhering to stringent construction standards, maintained a steadfast commitment to quality and safety. This ensured the smooth execution and flawless delivery of the project.
