The contract price is 1,110,040,599.00 Rupee (equivalent to approximately 46,266,900 RMB), and the construction period is ten months. The scope of the project is the construction of four-storey apartment buildings, including the construction of frame structure/block structure, electrical work, mechanical work, pipeline work, etc.. The area of each apartment is about 650 square feet (about 61m²).
