Shouzhuo Park, a key development project of Henan D.R. in real estate, is located in the core development area of the eastern district of Xinxiang with convenient transportation. Plastering gives way to prefabricated construction and prefabricated fittings. For this project, the single-unit assembly rate of the apartment with pure steel as the main body reaches up to 86.6%. Shouzhuo Park is the first industrial modernization demonstration project in Xinxiang City.

The external protective walls of the Shouzhuo Park apartment adopt the prefabricated parts, which are respectively vertical and horizontal hidden including LOW-E hollow double glass curtain wall and fair-faced dry-hanging concrete curtain wall. Compared with ordinary glass and traditional architectural coated glass, this design has excellent heat insulation effect and good light transmittance performance. At the same time, it can avoid the light pollution caused by the light reflection of traditional glass curtain walls and hollow glass, creating a softer and more comfortable light environment. The fair-faced concrete external cladding makes the architectural style return to nature, ensures the same life span shared by the external wall and the building, and fundamentally eliminates the disadvantages of fading, cracking and shedding of the traditional external wall process.
The interior partitions of the Shouzhuo Park apartment adopt light partition walls, which are green, environmentally friendly, heat-insulating, and sound-insulating. They are thinner than traditional walls, and ensure a bigger effective use area, and a high room rate. The plastering operation is basically replaced to eliminate hidden cracks.
Addressing itself from details, the Shouzhuo Park highly manifests the architecture philosophy of going green and environmental protection. Shouzhuo Park #1-2 residential building is equipped with centralized solar water heating equipment. With the adoption of centralized heat collection and household heat storage, the solar panels are all designed to be concentrated overhead on the roof, forming a three-dimensional spatial pattern by equipping the upper space with solar panels and arranging leisure and cooling area at the lower space. The heat collected by the solar panel is transferred to the household water tank through pipeline. Meanwhile, conditions like rainy day or winter time when the sunshine is in short supply are under full consideration in the design process of Shouzhuo Park. If that happens, measures like supplementing the heat with natural gas and preventing the backflow of heat can be taken to ensure the comfort of the user. Compared with conventional equipment, the centralized solar system is safer, cleaner, pollution-free, and convenient to operate.
The # 1-2 residential building is equipped with centralized direct drinking water equipment system to conveniently provide owners with cleaner source of drinking water. Centralized direct drinking water system can effectively remove residual chlorine, rust, sand, heavy metals, organic matter and other harmful substances in tap water; the system is equipped with professional ultraviolet sterilization equipment, which can exactly prevent water pollution; professional high-quality stainless steel circulation pipes are used for the system, which can maintain the circulation of water, avoid dead water, and ensure instant water production and use; the equipment is equipped with a water quality monitoring system, which can monitor the operating status and water quality data in real time to ensure the safety of the water.
