For this project, construction unit is Huaneng Henan Mianchi Power Generation Co., Ltd., the design unit is Northwest Electric Power Design Institute of China Power Consulting Group, the supervision unit is Henan Lixin Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd., and the builder is Henan D.R. Construction Group Co., Ltd.
The area where the project is located is an industrial area in a rural area, which belongs to the second-class ambient air function area. The water environment is class III water body, and the regional natural rivers merge into Yellow River.
