On August 18, the Lahore plant of The Easy Prefabricated House (Private) Ltd., which is invested by Henan D.R. Construction group company was officially put into operation.
In order to accelerate the implementation of the Group's "low-cost housing" project in Pakistan, before the Spring Festival, our group decided to lease a plant in Lahore for building a production line of easy prefabricated houses in advance.While the project was proceeding in an orderly manner, the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 disrupted all plans.At the end of February, the domestic epidemic situation had just been brought under control. Under the leadership of South Asia regional manager Zhang Guangfu and EPH’s CEO Jin Huan, the project team members overcome difficulties and put themselves in harm’s way. By Putting high attention both on the equipment shipment & installation and epidemic prevention and control,under the situation of international flights stoppage and domestic manufacturers’ technicians unable to guide the installation and commissioning on site, the project team members dare to challenge difficulties, with the Chinese spirit of "ant gnawing bones", they worked out these devices one by one, and organized video communication with domestic the technical staff repeatedly. Finally, on August 18, all difficulties and obstacles were eliminated, all equipment debugging was completed, and the first EPH sheet product was 100% qualified and sold off the line at one time.
After the factory is officially put into operation, the project team will complete the construction of the demo house as soon as possible, devoted to improve the product standardization system, accelerate the progress of the market application, and steadily promote the implementation of the "low-cost housing project". Since the project was inaugurated in the Prime Minister’s Office on September 18, 2019, It is only 11 months before the first production line official operation. All of these is fully demonstrated that the group company attaches great importance to the overseas development strategy and determinate to fulfill our commitment to the Pakistani government. With firm confidence and practical work attitude, the project team will overcome any difficulties, and make a greater contributions to the company's overseas development!
