On April 2, a commencement ceremony was held for the Datang Long'an 35MW Decentralized Wind Farm Project which was undertaken by Datang Power Project Management Department. Wang Weizhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Anyang Long'an District, Zhang Lixin, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Anyang Long'an District, Wang Guangzhou, Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Anyang Long'an District, Wang Yi, Mayor of Longquan Town, Long'an District, Anyang City, General Manager Ma Xudong and Deputy General Manager Li Yonggang of Datang Henan Power Generation Co., Ltd. Long'an Branch, and Ren Quantao, Deputy General Manager of Henan D.R. and Manager of Datang Power Engineering Department, attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Ma Xudong, General Manager of Datang Henan Power Generation Co., Ltd. Long'an Branch, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the leaders and participating units who had always been caring for and supporting the project on behalf of the owner, and briefly introduced the basic condition of the project. Mr. Ma required all participating units to rationally arrange the construction period, accelerate the construction progress and pay close attention to safety to ensure the early completion and operation of the project.
Ren Quantao, Deputy General Manager of Henan D.R., delivered a speech on behalf of all participating construction units. Mr. Ren first expressed his warm congratulations on the commencement of the Datang Long’an 35MW Decentralized Wind Power Plant Project, and said that Henan D.R. attached great importance to this project, and would dispatch an excellent management team who would strictly follow the construction specifications, technological process and quality system standards. We will formulate strict construction schedules and press ahead with concrete efforts. Henan D.R. will work to build high quality project, improve the reputation and live up to the expectation of the user.
Wang Weizhi, Deputy Secretary of Anyang Long’an District Committee, extended heartfelt congratulations to the commencement of the project, and emphasized that this project marked a further investment in the Long’an District. It is also a major project for accelerating the development of the new energy industry in Long’an District. The District Committee and district government would support the project in policy-making and provide a high-quality service environment. Mr. Wang subsequently announced the official commencement of the Datang Long’an 35MW Decentralized Wind Farm Project.
This is the second time that we cooperate with Datang Group. The project is a low hilly wind farm, with a total investment of about 280 million yuan. It is planned to install 5 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 2.8MW (megawatts) and 7 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 3.0MW (megawatts). The total installed capacity is 35MW (megawatts). Henan D.R. is responsible for the civil construction of the fan foundation, roads, 35kV collection lines, and 110kV booster station in Section I. After the project is put into production, it will bring huge environmental and economic benefits to the local area.
