Recently, the all-steel structure apartment of Henan D.R. Real Estate Development Co., Ltd Shouzhuo Park Dayu Hupan Project successfully completed the hoisting of two-way densely assembled laminated slabs and precast concrete external wall cladding. This is another successful practice of Henna D.R.’s prefabricated industrial chain technology innovation results in the Shouzhuo Park Dayu Hupan Project after the completion of the main body of the all-steel apartment. This has blazed a new trail in the field of prefabricated buildings in Weihui City and drawn extensive attention from the construction industry.
The two-way densely assembled laminated slabs and precast concrete exterior wall cladding were all manufactured by Henna D.R. Fair-Faced Technology Co., Ltd., and The Sixth Project Department Henna D.R. Steel Structure Co., Ltd. were in charge of the hoisting. Besides, under the leadership of Wang Qingwei, Deputy Chairman of Henna D.R. and chairman of Henan D.R. Real Estate, the two-way densely assembled laminated slabs got improved on the basis of the patented product of Academician Nie Jianguo. Compared with traditional materials, the two-way densely assembled laminated slab can eliminate the cast-in-situ belt between the ordinary laminated floor slabs, which effectively improves the efficiency of on-site construction. At the same time, matters like misalignment and unevenness of the roof caused by slurry leakage can be also avoided. There are less amount of on-site formwork and concrete wet work. It also can effectively reduce and avoid construction waste and dust pollution, and make the construction site clean and tidy. The precast concrete exterior wall cladding adopts the design concept of thermal insulation integration and horizontal slats. The steel corbel is used as a load-bearing support and is fixed with anti-roll bolts. This reduces the requirements for installation accuracy and eliminates the on-site thermal insulation construction process. The process is simple and fast, which significantly improves the efficiency of component installation and effectively shortens the construction period.
The 15-story all-steel apartment has a building area of about 12,322.75m2, and the main body steel components are all produced and constructed by Henan D.R. Steel Structure Co., Ltd... In the construction stage, with close cooperation, the engineering department of Henan D.R. Real Estate, the Sixth Project Management Department and Henna D.R. Steel Structure managed to overcome difficulties in cross-operations, safety management, and tight schedules in accordance with the principle of "zoning construction". In Combination with the Tekla model, the measurement accuracy and welding progress were improved by innovative measurement tools and construction of temporary construction platforms. The whole process fine control was adopted for steel beam hoisting accuracy. All these measures has ensured the successful completion of the construction of the apartment, and laid a solid foundation for the follow-up technological innovation.
In terms of doors, windows and curtain walls, currently Henan D.R. Real Estate’s technical team is working with Henna D.R.’s Curtain Wall Engineering Technology Research Center to carry out related in-depth design work. The engineering materials are Low-E low-radiation heat-coated glass, and are equipped with domestic first-line brand profiles and hardware. Henan D.R. Jingmei Curtain Wall will be responsible for the follow-up construction tasks.
As the first all-steel building in Weihui City, the unit assembly rate of Shouzhuo Park Dayu Hupan Apartment is about 80%, which is at the leading position within Henan Province.
