Recently, Huaneng (Dalian) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. sent a letter of commendation to Henan D.R. for the safe, high quality and high-efficient completion of the main structure of “4# unit and 4# steam turbine of the new construction project of Huaneng Dalian Second Thermal Power Plant “Replacing the Small Generation Unit by Larger One” Project undertaken by Huaneng Electric Power Project Department of Henan D.R..
Under the support of leaders at all levels of Henan D.R. and with scientific organization and reasonable working procedures, the project management personnel have overcome a series of difficulties like the narrow space, the shortage of labor during the wheat harvest and intersecting construction for the completion of the milestone work of “4# unit main structure” and “4# steam turbine main structure".
