On the morning of June 29, the eight global advanced high-performance prestressed concrete hollow slab production lines introduced by Henan D.R. from Finland ELEMATIC company was formally put into operation in the group construction industrial park and a ceremony was held to celebrate it.
Provincial and municipal leaders at all levels, provincial construction industry association, some industry associations, and provincial key design institutes have paid great attention to this event. Zhang Xiumei, member of the Party Group of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province, Hu Chenghai, Secretary-General of Henan Construction Industry Association, Wu Yiqiang, Director of Xinxiang Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, and Li Zhongyao, Mayor of Yanjin County, and more than 40 persons-in-charge from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province, Provincial Construction Association, Provincial Engineering Construction Association, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Xinxiang City, and Xinxiang Construction Industry Association attended the ceremony. Chairman Huang Daoyuan, General Manager Zhu Jianming, and Party Secretary Zhang Huimin also participated in the ceremony. Du Hongquan, deputy general manager of Henan D.R., chaired the ceremony.
Huang Daoyuan, Chairman of Henan D.R., delivered a speech at the meeting. Chairman Huang gave a brief introduction to the prestressed hollow slab from the aspects of history, application advantages and market at home and abroad, and also explained the situation of the prestressed hollow core slab production line that Henan D.R. was about to put into production. Mr. Huang said that as the party’s centennial birthday was approaching, the running of those eight green and advanced prestressed hollow slab production lines could serve as a grand gift to the party’s birthday. We firmly believed that with the continuous enrichment of prestressing technology and related products, high-performance concrete plus prestressing technology would be better help with the sound development of domestic prefabricated buildings and new building industrialization.
Li Zhongyao, the county magistrate of Yanjin County, pointed out that the operation of the intelligent production line of the prestressed hollow slab would further improve the quality of products, enhance the core competitiveness of Henan D.R., and promote the development of the prefabricated construction industry. He hoped that Henan D.R. could take this as a new starting point and give full play to its technological advantages to become a first-class enterprise, produce first-class products and make new contributions to the economic development of Yanjin. Wu Yiqiang, director of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Xinxiang City, said that as the competent department of Xinxiang’s construction industry, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development would provide better guidance and services for the development of enterprises in the future, accelerate the promotion and application of new products, coordinate with more enterprises and scientific research institutes in Xinxiang City, and work together for a better research and application of the pre-stress technology which could promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Xinxiang to a new high. Hu Chenghai, Secretary-General of Henan Construction Industry Association, pointed out that Henan D.R. had made great contributions to the development of the construction industry in Henan province over the years. This operation meant that Henan D.R. had taken one step forward in the promotion and application of the "four new" technologies. He said that the Association would continue to uphold the tenet of "service-oriented, member first" in the future work, and continue to help key provincial construction enterprises such as Henan D.R. to make their due contributions to the construction industry in Henan province.
Zhang Xiumei, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province, expressed warm congratulations to the successful operation of Henan's prestressed hollow slab production line. She said that in recent years, under the guidance of "scientific and technological innovation", Henan D.R. had set a very good example for the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of the construction industry in Henan province. She pointed out that the promotion of green building materials, prefabricated buildings and steel structure housing is the key point in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. She hoped that industry associations at all levels in Henan province could give full play to the advantages of the platform and provide a good link between enterprises and the government. The construction enterprises should uphold the cooperation concept of "consulting together, building together, sharing, and win-win", pass on the spirit of inform and innovation, and work hand in hand to help the industrialization of new construction in Henan province to make greater achievements.
Subsequently, Zhang Xiumei, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province, announced that the high-performance concrete prestressed hollow slab production line was officially put into operation. All leaders present visited the production process of the production line, the office building in the industrial park, glass doors and windows, steel structure, PC production workshop, component model area, Easy house model house and other areas, to have a full knowledge of our prefabricated entire industrial chain. Moreover, a technical exchange meeting was held in the multifunctional hall of the office building. Deng Chaojie, deputy chief engineer of Henan D.R., gave a Special Report on the Production Line of High-Performance Concrete Prestressed Hollow Slabs" at the meeting.
The eight prestressed hollow slab production lines has a total investment of about 70 million yuan and will produce 500,000 square meters of high-performance concrete prestressed hollow slab components each year. The technology has a vast market and application scenarios. The operation of this production line has greatly improved our one-stop service capability for prefabricated buildings, and will help Henan D.R. to make further contribution for the scientific and technological advance and high-quality development of the construction industry in Henan province.
