On September 18, accompanied by Huang Daoyuan, Cheng Cunpan, Zhang Junfeng, Wang Zheng, Zhang Lan and other leaders of Henan D.R., seven leaders including, Fei Quanfa, the Second-Level Inspector of the Department of Commerce of Henan Province, Shi Jiawen, Deputy Director of the Circulation Industry Development Division, Ren Xia, Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment and Economic and Technical Cooperation Division, and Xiao Gencheng, Fourth-Level Investigator of Department of Commerce of Xinxiang City, etc., visited Henan D.R. Construction Industrial Park for investigation on the safety of overseas projects.
The investigation team visited the office building, glass, door and window workshop, steel structure workshop, fair-faced concrete technology PC workshop, component model area and other areas of the industrial park to learn about the prefabricated building one-stop service of Henan D.R..
At the meeting, Huang Daoyuan, Chairman of Henan D.R., gave a brief introduction on the implementation of Henan D.R.’s overseas development strategy. Zhang Junfeng, Board Director, Deputy General Manager of Henan D.R., and General Manager of Overseas Business Department of Henan D.R. gave a special report on Henan D.R.’s overseas business development and safety production. At the meeting, they also got contact with relevant project leaders of Henan D.R. in Fiji and Pakistan, who gave detailed reports on overseas business sector, project construction overview, safety production and management.
After listening to the report, Fei Quanfa said that controlling the pandemic still posed a difficult challenge while sporadic cases were reported, and more infections were caused in a frequent manner at home and abroad. He highlighted that the overseas projects shall carry out pandemic prevention and control and security risk prevention measures in the following four aspects: First, the overseas project shall normalize the pandemic prevention and control, and take test to ensure the health of Chinese and foreign workers; Secondly, the overseas project shall fully implemented the pandemic prevention and control measures like reserving anti-pandemic supplies, sterilizing and disinfecting public place, vaccinating the whole staff, and making the staff more aware of pandemic prevention. Thirdly, the overseas project shall strengthen the communication and contact with Chinese diplomatic and consular mission, overseas Chinese-funded enterprises, etc.; Fourthly, the overseas project shall coordinate development and safety to ensure the safe production of the project and the safety of employees, promote the project construction process, and demonstrates the sense of integrity and responsibility of the Chinese enterprise.
At the meeting, the investigation team attached great importance to the matters faced by Henan D.R. during the overseas business development process, and will coordinate with relevant departments to properly resolve them.
