On the morning of September 25th, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Longxing Temple Reservoir Irrigation Project of the Pingdingshan Youran Diary, undertaken by the Telfth Project Management Department of Henan D.R., was held in Xiaodian Village, Qianying Township, Baofeng County, Pingdingshan. Xiao Zhiju, Deputy Head of Baofeng County, Wang Zhongxian, a Level 4 Researcher, Zhang Zhihang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Qianying Township, Lu Yuehong, deputy secretary of Party Committee and head of Qianying Township, Li Hongsheng, Director of Pingdingshan Youran Diary Co., Ltd., and Wang Jieyong, Manager of the Twelfth Project Management Department attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
During the ceremony, Wang Jieyong made a statement on behalf of Henan D.R.. Leaders and distinguished guests present together cut the ribbon for the start of the project. According to reports, the project stretches from the Pingdingshan Youran Diary Demonstration Park in the north to the watershed on the south side of Shihe River in the south, from the border of Dalianzhuang in Qianying Township in the east to the foot of the Longxingsi Reservoir in the west. It is 2.6km wide from north to south and 12.5km from east to west. The scope involves 10 villages in Qianying Township, with a total of 8,800 people. It is a key project of Baofeng County. After completion, it will effectively solve the irrigation problem of the 5000 acres farm of Pingdingshan Youran Diary.
Headquartered in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, and founded in August 2007, Pingdingshan Youran Diary Co., Ltd. is a new type of animal husbandry industry company. Youran Diary was originally known as Yili Group. With the strong support of Henan D.R. and after a year of communication and learning, the Twentifth Project Management Department and the Pingdingshan Youran Diary reached a cooperation agreement. The undertaking of this project has directly promoted the second phase operation of the Pingdingshan Youran Diary Co., Ltd., and established a preliminary platform for Henan D.R. to enter the nationwide ranch construction layout of Youran Diary.
