At 10:18 am on November 8th, the first hoisting work was successfully completed regarding the Lanyuan Expressway Fengqiu-Yuanyang Section Pandian Interchange Steel Box Girder Project, which is undertaken by Henan D.R. Steel Structure Co., Ltd.. Huang Qilong, Project Secretary of China Railway 23rd Bureau, Tian Duxi, Deputy Production Manager, Yu Shiqing, Project Chief Engineer, Wang Yong, Assistant General Manager of Henan D.R. Steel Structure, and all managerial staff of the project department attended the ceremony.
The Lanyuan Expressway Fengqiu-Yuanyang Section Pandian Interchange Steel Box Girder Project, which is located in Pandian Town, Fengqiu County, Xinxiang and stretched across the Daguang Expressway, is the bid section I project of the Lanyuan Expressway. The whole project weighs more than 5800 tons. The maximum weight of a single-section steel box girder in the east and west ramps of the Daguang Expressway is 52 tons. The weight of the components will be more than 260 tons after being assembled across the main passage of the Daguang Expressway. During construction, two 500-ton crawler cranes and two 450-ton crawler cranes are available to build the six lines of the bridge at the same time. The hoisting will be in place at one time, and the traffic will not be affected within a limited time.
Since the undertaking of the project, the leaders of the Henan D.R. Steel Structure have attached great importance to it and actively organized personnel to work overtime to deepen the drawings. The Material Department organizes material procurement in multiple channels. The Production Department reasonably arranges the production schedule for more than 160 sections of steel box beams to meet the hoisting requirements on site.
During the whole process from bracket setting to the hoisting of steel box girder, the on-site Project Department uses a total station to conduct the three-dimensional coordinate positioning to ensure the hoisting in place at one time.
This is the first cooperation with the China Railway 23rd Bureau, and this project is the fourth project undertaken by Henan D.R. Steel Structure in the field of roads and bridges this year. The successful completion of the first hoisting has been well received by the owner and the supervisor. In the subsequent construction, all the managerial staff of the project department will adhere to the principle of "safety is the first cost, quality is the first image", to reasonably organize the construction with high standard and strict requirement, to satisfy the owner and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up cooperation with the China Railway 23rd Bureau.
