Recently, the last hoisting of the Newly Built Phase II Workshop of Beijing Baiao Pharmaceutical and the main structure of Beijing Winter Olympics Office Building undertaken by Henan D.R. were successfully completed. As two important achievements in the early stage for Henna D.R. Steel Structure to enter into the Beijing market, the high-standard completion of the two project also laid a foundation for Henan D.R. Steel Structure to further open up the Beijing market.
The Newly Built Phase II Workshop of Beijing Baiao Pharmaceutical is the first project undertaken by Henan D.R. Steel Structure in Beijing, and it is also a key project supported by the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission. The project is located in Changping District, Beijing, with a total construction area of 12,978.74 square meters and 1,828 tons of steel structure consumption. During the construction process of the project, the workshop in the industrial park was damaged by torrential rain and suffered loss. Moreover, the impediment in process, shortage in transportation vehicles and difficulty in personnel deployment due to the pandemic in Changping District makes the thing worse.
However, Henan D.R. Steel Structure managed to overcome these difficulties by making strict plans from the aspects of quality, safety, and schedule to ensure the smooth completion of the project milestone. The project quality and progress were highly recognized and praised by the owner and the supervisor.
The Beijing Winter Olympics Office Building Project is an important supporting service facility for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It is located on the east side of the National Stadium - “Bird's Nest”, with a construction area of about 2,000 square meters. The building is 11.9 meters high with three floors above the ground. Since the first steel column hoisting of the project, Henan D.R. has held several meetings to resolve matters like narrow steel structure construction site and difficulties in hoisting. Through constantly improving the construction plan, Henan D.R. has overcome the impact of pandemic prevention and control and environmental protection, ensured the smooth completion of the project, and made due contribution for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics to go as scheduled.
