Recently, after nearly five months of preparation, Henan D.R. Fair-Faced Concrete Technology Co., Ltd. officially released the first enterprise standard: EPP Prestressed Concrete Hollow-core Plate.
The prestressed concrete hollow-core plate production line of Henan D.R. Fair-Faced Concrete Technology was put into operation in July this year. Since then, under the strong support of Chairman Huang Daoyuan, a working team has been set up for the preparation of this standard, including Wang qingwei, Deputy Chairman and Director of Technical Committee, Su Qunshan, Chief Engineer, Zhang Yongju, Executive Director of Fair-Faced Concrete Technology, key technical personnel from Fair-Faced Concrete Technology, Design Branch and Henan D.R. Steel Structure, and professors from Henan Urban Construction College and Xinxiang University.
Under the coordination and guidance of the leader and the cooperation of the staff member of the working team, after 5 five months of hard work and seven rounds of technical meeting, the working team finally completed the preparation and publication of the enterprise standard: EPP Prestressed Concrete Hollow-core Plate (the first edition) on the basis of extensive study, technical literature and the product characteristic.
The EPP Prestressed Concrete Hollow-core Plate is an enterprise standard atlas. The release of the first edition will provide a basis for component selection for the application of prestressed concrete hollow-core plates in building and roof plates and also provide an effective guidance for the production and installation of prestressed concrete hollow-core plates. With the expansion of product application scope and the accumulation of experience in implementation, this version of the enterprise standard will be updated and revised in due time to further enhance the scope and level of services for product design, production, installation and other full-cycle operation and maintenance.
