Recently, with the attention and support of Huang Daoyuan, the chief executive of Henan D.R. as well as the joint efforts of head office and project departments of International Company, Henan D.R. has undertaken two overseas engineering projects in succession, making great achievements on the way to developing overseas business and expanding overseas markets.
On July 1, the Pakistan Branch of Henan D.R. and Jialinjie Fashion (Private) Co., Ltd. successfully signed a contract for the construction of Jialinjie Special Economic Zone Project Civil Engineering Section A, with a contract value of PKR 399,400,600.00, equivalent to approximately RMB 13,129,500.00. The project is located beside the Bedin River Canal in Bandogai Town, Lahore City, Punjab Province, Pakistan, with a planned area of 104.16 acres. The contract signing of Section A of the project has laid a good foundation for the subsequent undertaking of the main project of Jialinjie Special Economic Zone project. This not only shows Henan D.R.’s intensive efforts in the Pakistani market for years, but also fully reflects its good reputation and excellent competitiveness in Pakistan.
On July 15, Henan D.R. once again won the bid for the Russian Baltic Sea Chemical Complex Project (GCC) Construction Project Section 03-annual output of 1.5 million tons of polyethylene production equipment (PE1), with the winning bid of RMB 405.3045 million. This is another bidding section after winning the bid of ADD2.2/C2.2 panel house installation and auxiliary (1st bidding section) project of the Russian Baltic Chemical Complex Project on October 5, 2021. At the same time, it also lifted the curtain for Henan D.R. to enter the overseas oil (natural gas) chemical industry market.
As the world's largest ethylene integration project, the Russian Baltic Sea Chemical Complex Project is currently the largest single contract value project in the global petrochemical field, and also the maximum contract value project for Chinese enterprises while implementing "Going Global Strategy". The winning construction project (the 3rd bid section PE1) is one of the core bid sections, which marks the further deepening of the cooperation between Henan D.R. Construction Group and China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven, LTD, the general contractor of the project. Moreover, it lays a solid foundation in expanding North Central Asia and even the European market.
