In the afternoon of July 15, Huaneng Zhengning 2×1000MW Peak-Load Coal-Fired Power Project construction "Four New" technology promotion exchange meeting and Henan D.R. Science and Technology Association "Dingxin Action" new equipment donation ceremony was successfully held in the Huaneng Zhengning project conference room.
Wu Youbing, deputy general manager of Huaneng Longdong Energy Co., Ltd., Huang Ninghui, project director of Northwest Electric Power Construction Supervision Company, Xu Zheng, project manager, Qin Chunniu, deputy director of civil engineering, and others were invited as special guests to the ceremony. More than 30 people attended the ceremony, including Su Qunshan, chief engineer of Henan D.R. and secretary-general of the Science and Technology Association, Wang Xueyi, deputy safety director, Wu Mingquan, deputy chief engineer, Han Fei, deputy general manager of the Electric Power Business Department, Su Xianzhe, sales executive of Voyage Co., Ltd., and administrative staff of the Project, representatives of labor services. The ceremony was presided over by Chen Chunhui, deputy chief engineer of Henan D.R..
Before the ceremony, Su Xianzhe, the sales executive of Voyage Co., Ltd., introduced and demonstrated on the new equipment and products one by one, such as automatic rebar tying tool, the BOSCH precision table saw, the saber saw, and the intelligent hot-melt waterproof roll paver-Tangtu, intelligent hot-melt waterproof roll sealer-Rider, and there was a heated discussion among all the attendees.
At the ceremony, Su Qunshan, Secretary-General of the Science and Technology Association, delivered a speech. Mr. Su firstly publicized and implemented the nature, aim, purpose and significance of the Science and Technology Association. He pointed out that the Science and Association was established on November 26, 2020. At present, it has attracted nearly 800 members, and has organized a series of activities, such as BIM technology promotion, patent knowledge popularization, "Dingxin Action" and "Five Small Activities" and Sharing Classroom-telling stories about technological innovation for the public and enterprises, which have achieved good results, narrowing the distance between Henan D.R. and its partners and brother units. Mr. Su further elaborated on the background and significance of holding the new equipment donation ceremony in the Huaneng Zhengning Project Department and pointed out that Henan D.R. would continue to deepen the power market. As a representative project of Henan D.R.'s power sector, Henan D.R. will give prior support to the technical innovation of the project. It is hoped that the quality of products and services of Henan D.R. will be effectively improved and the brand connotation of Henan D.R. will be further enriched by holding new equipment donation ceremony.
Then Wu Mingquan, deputy chief engineer of Henan D.R. and deputy secretary general of the Science and Technology Association, read out the "Decision of Henan D.R. Science and Technology Association on Donating New Equipment such as Automatic Rebar Tying Tool to Huaneng Zhengning Project Department". Su Qunshan, Secretary General of the Science and Technology Association, on behalf of the Association, handed over the donated equipment to the Huaneng Zhengning Project Department.
On behalf of the Project Department, Zhao Jingshun, the project manager of Huaneng Zhengning, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for being the recipient of the "Dingxin Action" new equipment donation ceremony of Henan D.R. Science and Technology Association, and said that he would earnestly practice and give full play to the advantages of the new equipment and continuously improve the level of technological innovation of the Project by applying the “Four New Technologies”.
Xu Zheng, the project leader of the Northwest Power Construction Supervision Company, first expressed his gratitude to the leaders of our company for their strong support and concern for the scientific and technological innovation of the Huaneng Zhengning 2×1000 MW peak-load coal-fired power project and affirmed the technical investment and innovative achievements of the project. He pointed out that Henan D.R., as an excellent construction unit with a national reputation in the field of electric power, has always been at the forefront of the industry in the research, development and application of fair-faced concrete technology. It is hoped that in the subsequent construction of the superstructure, Henan D.R. will give full play to its technological advantages and provide guarantees for the smooth completion of the Project and high standards for excellence.
Wu Youbing, deputy general manager of Huaneng Longdong Energy Co., Ltd., praised Henan D.R. for holding this ceremony. He said that by participating in this ceremony, we can see many integrated points between the two parties in technical management work. Huaneng Zhengning 2×1000 MW peak-loaded coal-fired power project is an important component of Huaneng Gansu Longdong multi-energy complementary comprehensive energy base, and it is also an important fulcrum of Huaneng Group’s “two lines” and “two industrializations” strategic layout of the northern line. Therefore, the construction of this project is of great significance. He emphasized that Henan D.R., as the participating unit of the main bidding section in the factory, should organize the declaration of QC results and construction methods, which is of great significance for the sequent excellence. It is hoped that Henan D.R. will take advantage of a series of enterprise science and technology innovation platforms such as academician workstations, science and technology associations, and fair-faced concrete R&D centers, and work with the Owners to play a leading role in science and technology, provide technical support for the high-quality construction of Huaneng Zhengning 2×1000 MW peak-loaded coal-fired power project, and ensure the smooth realization of winning an award.
In the next work, the Huaneng Zhengning Coal and Power Project Department will actively respond to the call of the "Dingxin Action" of the Henan D.R. Science and Technology Association and improve the scientific and technological level of the construction site by effectively adopting new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new tools to display the corporate image of science and technology.
