On July 28, the 2022 Non-ferrous Metal Industry Construction Project Quality Supervision Meeting was held in Changsha. The quality supervision work of the non-ferrous industry in the past year is summarized, and related work experience is shared, the high-quality projects of the non-ferrous metal industry from 2020 to 2021 are commended, and the main work of quality supervision of industrial construction projects in 2022 and in future years is deployed. Electrolytic workshop project and flue gas purification & desulfurization project of Yunnan Shenhuo Aluminum 900,000 Tons Green Hydropower Aluminum Integration Project Section D undertaken by the Southwest Branch of Henan D.R. were listed in commendation list, and won the first non-ferrous metal industry award for Henan D.R..
Yunnan Shenhuo Aluminum 900,000 Tons Green Hydropower Aluminum Integration Project is located in the Industrial Park of Banlun Township, Funing County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a key construction project for the capacity replacement of Henan electrolytic aluminum plate of Shenhuo Group and a key investment attraction project for Yunnan Province to establish a "Green Energy" brand in the future. The project adopts 5G+ technology to build the first 5G+MEC Cloud Edge non-ferrous metal smart factory in Yunnan, realizing the first-class green hydropower aluminum smart chemical plant in China, set a benchmark of green hydropower aluminum 5G smart factory, and has received high attention from the Development and Reform Commission of Yunnan Province, Wenshan Prefecture, Shangqiu City of Henan Province and other provincial and municipal government departments.
Yunnan Shenhuo Aluminum 900,000 tons Green Hydropower Aluminum Integration Project is based on the local hydropower conditions and aluminum oxide in Baise area to achieve the annual output of 900,000 tons of ordinary remelting aluminum ingot production equipment, auxiliary facilities and its supporting hazardous waste slag yard. Henan D.R. mainly undertakes the construction of electrolysis workshop II and electrolysis workshop IV of electrolysis workshop section D as well as SeriesⅠ&Ⅱ of flue gas purification & desulfurization projects.
Since the official commencement of the project on May 1st, 2019, the project team has overcome various difficulties, such as insufficient water and electricity for early construction, heavy rain and fog weather, strong UV and so on. Through scientific organization, careful management, and the promotion of project construction implementation according to the node plan in a steady way. At the end of 2019, the 150,000 ton capacity of the first section of SeriesⅠwas energized, creating the term "Wenshan Speed" and "Shenhuo Speed" that were respectively related to commencement and putting into operation in 2019.
The winning of the non-ferrous metal industry quality engineering award laid a foundation for the further goal of declaring "National Quality Gold Award", marking that Henan D.R. has made a new breakthrough in the construction field of non-ferrous industry, which is of great significance to boost Henan D.R. to further strengthen project quality and technical management, expand business scope, and win good brand reputation.
