On May 30th, Dalad Power Plant Phase V 1 × 1000MW Unit Expansion Project 9 # Main Workshop and Chimney Outer Cylinder constructed by the Second Project Management Department was topped out successfully. The owner, leaders of the supervision unit, and all management personnel of the Dalad Phase V project department jointly participated in the top out ceremony of the 9 # main workshop and chimney.
At the beginning of the commencement, the Project Department adhered to the principle of "formulate planning before hand, solve terminal problems in advance, and control process dynamics", and cooperated closely with a variety of construction teams and groups to strengthen safety inspection and control process quality strictly. The Project Department also fully utilized the core patent technology advantages of the Henan D.R.'s fair faced concrete construction technology, achieving accurate geometric dimensions, consistent color, internal solid and external light of the workshop concrete structure, and internal substantiality and externally beauty of the chimney wall, straightness of the cylinder body with beautiful seams, which shaped the corporate image of Henan D.R. as a " Iron-willed Team in Central Plains and Strong Brigade of Power Construction".
During the construction, with the strong support and assistance of Henan D.R. as well as the Second Project Management Department, the project team overcame various difficulties such as tight schedule, long and severe winter phase, and repeated epidemics. The main workshop and chimney outer cylinder capping construction task was completed with high quality and efficiency thanks to careful planning, meticulous management, scientific organization, and adherence to the construction node requirements. This laid a strong foundation for the comprehensive completion and operation of the project and won the deep gratitude of the owner and leaders of supervision and other units.
In the subsequent work, the project team will continue to follow the standardized management policy and work style of "standard and exquisite", adhere to advanced planning and lean management, guarantee the timely completion of the project, and contribute to the development of the power industry of Henan D.R..
