On the morning of June 10th, the "Meet Henan in Malaysia" at China (Henan) & Malaysia Economic and Trade Cooperation Fair was held in Kuala Lumpur. Considering that Henan D.R. has projects under construction in Malaysia, the Malaysia Henan Entrepreneurship Association specially invited Zhang Yongqing, Deputy General Manager of Henan D.R. and General Manager of Henan D.R. Construction Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Steel Structure Company), and Duan Changzhi, Deputy Chief Engineer of Henan D.R., to attend the meeting.
The Malaysian Economic and Trade Cooperation Fair was jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Henan Sub-Council(CCPIT Henan Sub-Council), the Foreign Affairs Office of Henan Province, the Nanyang Municipal Government of Henan Province, the Malaysia Henan Entrepreneurship Association, and China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, the theme of which is "Economic and Trade Cooperation, Interconnected Partnerships". More than 60 representatives from various Chambers of Commerce in Malaysia and enterprises in Henan Province attended the forum.
At the meeting, Zhang Yongqing, Deputy General Manager of Henan D.R. and General Manager of Steel Structure Company, was invited to give a presentation, introducing and promoting the basic situation, construction, production and management capabilities, overseas market development, steel structure product types, and well-known domestic and foreign partners of Henan D.R. and Steel Structure Company to the attendees, which provided a preliminary understanding of our company for representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and enterprises attending the meeting.
During the stay in Malaysia, Mr. Zhang and his team visited the site of the Samsung SDIEM Complex Factory Project of Steel Structure Company in Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as the Samsung Project) and received the work report of Han Dengyuan, the Project Manager. Regarding the progress of the project, Mr. Zhang has put forward specific requirements for contract performance, cost control, and project radiation. He also pointed out that Samsung's investment projects in Malaysia were large in scale, long in cycle with strong influence. The success of Samsung Project will promote the capital to expand the market in Malaysia. Mr. Zhang also led the overseas market personnel of Steel Structure Company and the personnel of the Samsung Project in Malaysia to visit China General Chamber of Commerce, Hainan Camber Of Commerce, Henan Entrepreneurship Association and the LBS Bina Group Berhad in Malaysia, successfully held talks with the enterprises stationed in Malaysia such as China Railway Group, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, China Communications Construction, Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation and so on, and made preliminary communication on the recent steel structure manufacturing and installation of the East Coast Train Station Building Project in Malaysia of China Communications Construction. Through communication and exchanges, Chinese central State-owned enterprises have highly recognized our company's performance in the Samsung SDIEM Complex Factory Project in Malaysia, expressing strong complementarity in steel structure cooperation as well as deep interest to enhance cooperation in the future.
This trip to Malaysia has yielded fruitful results. Through a week of contact, the Steel Structure Company has established preliminary ties with multiple state-owned companies in Malaysia. Taking the Samsung Project in Malaysia as a carrier, we demonstrated our steel structure production and installation management capabilities. We will also take this opportunity to increase its regional business development efforts in Malaysia, open up the steel structure market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, and fully promote the implementation of Henan D.R.'s overseas strategy.
