From April 18 to April 22, Mr. Huang Daoyuan, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Henan D.R., Mr. Wang Qingwei, Mr. Zhang Junfeng, the Vice Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Zhang Yongqing, the Deputy General Manager, travelled to Malaysia and for business research, accompanied by Mr. Li Lei., the Marketing Director of Henan D.R. Steel Structure Company.
Mr. Huang and his entourage paid visits to Mr. Ouyang Yujing, the Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia, as well as the MCA headquarters of the Yushang Business Association in Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Huang also met with Tan Sri Lim Hock San, Chairman of the renowned LBS Bina Group, to discuss Henan D.R's current and future business development in Malaysia.
Ambassador Ouyang introduced Malaysia's advantageous legal, business, and cultural environment, affirmed and recognized the development of Henan D.R. Construction Group in Malaysia and other countries, and encouraged more Chinese firms to invest in Malaysia.
Tan Sri Lim Hock San highly praised Henan D.R.’s development in Malaysia and expressed willingness to actively understand each other and continuously strengthen practical cooperation between the two companies. Tan Sri Lim Hock San has accepted Mr. Huang's invitation and intends to visit Henan D.R. Construction Industry Park in May.
During the research, Mr. Huang and his entourage visited the construction site of the EVE Malaysia project undertaken by the steel structure company. Mr. Han Dengyuan, the project manager of EVE Malaysia project from the steel structure company, presented a special report on various works in Malaysia. He detailed the completion status of various economic and technical targets of the completed and ongoing projects, analyzed the investment and development environment objectively, and reported on the ideas and specific measures to expand the steel structure market in Malaysia.
Mr. Huang affirmed the safety protocols, construction quality, progress, and teamwork on site. He also highly recognized for remaining "plant first" status, and outlined requirements for market development in Malaysia: firstly, to effectively manage risks, as different countries have different legal and technical conditions from China, and compliance management is the bottom line; secondly, to enhance the brand building of Henan D.R. and strengthen cooperation and communication with the branches of central enterprises in Malaysia; thirdly, to perform qualification certification and maintenance work to guarantee that the company is qualified to undertake projects; fourthly, to effectively segment markets and implement diversified competition strategy.
By the end of the trip, Mr. Huang and his entourage had in-depth business exchanges with Mr. Zhang Yan, the Marketing Director of China Construction Malaysia Co., Ltd., Liu Fucai, the General Manager of China Railway First Group (Malaysia Branch), and Cai Chengcheng, the Chairman of China Kibing Malaysia Company.
This business research has further strengthened the confidence of Henan D.R. in expanding into the Malaysia market, laying a solid foundation for further exploring the Malaysia and Southeast Asian markets.
