In the morning of July 23, the last batch of steel parts of TK Project undertaken by Henan D.R. Steel Structure Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan D.R. (construction of BOBOCEM Cement Grinding Mill and SOUSSFA Cement Clinker Production Line), was delivered under the witness of Wang Zhengxiu, an In-plant Supervisor. The FOB delivery is expected to be completed on July 27. Till this, the production for this project has been successfully completed, and the contract is fully executed.
TK Project is actually the first project for the Steel Structure Company’s going abroad. There are 12 job numbers for the BOBOCEM Cement Grinding Mill Construction and 67 job numbers for the SOUSSFA Cement Clinker Production Line Construction in this project. Since Nov. 24, 2018, the company has packed and shipped the products in batches and job numbers according to the contract requirements. It has shipped 27 batches, 289 containers, with a total weight of 4,604.47 tons.
In order to ensure the performance of the contract made for the TK Project, and make a perfect start for the overseas business of Henan D.R.’s steel structure industry, the production quality of the welding, shot blasting, painting, packaging and other procedures is strictly controlled. After a process of overcoming difficulties and drawing on wisdom of other people, the Steel Structure Company completes the project strictly in accordance with the owner’s requirements.
Through the implementation of the TK project, Steel Structure Company has cultivated a management team and skilled workers who are familiar with overseas standards and overseas quality requirements of steel part production, and accumulated rich management experience in overseas steel structure production, packaging, and transportation etc., which laid a solid foundation for the implementation of Henan D.R.’s overseas strategy and the building of steel structure brand.
