Recently, the China Construction Enterprise Management Association issued the "Decision on Recognizing the 2020-2021 National High Quality Project Award", and announced the winner list among which the Fujian Huaneng Luoyuan Port Electricity Storage and Transmission Integrated Green Construction Demonstration Project of the Huaneng Luoyuan Power Plant Phase I Project, undertaken by Henan D.R., was awarded the National High Quality Project Gold Medal. Up to now, Henan D.R. has won 29 national high quality project awards, including five national high quality project gold medals.
Located on the north bank of Luoyuan Bay, Luoyuan County, Fuzhou, Fujian, the Fujian Huaneng Luoyuan Port Electricity Storage and Transmission Integrated Green Construction Demonstration Project consists of two 660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units, known for “The Most Beautiful Mountain and Sea Impression Culture Power Plant in China”. Henan D.R. is responsible for the construction of Main Power House and Part of BOP Construction Project (Section 14 of Huaneng Luoyuan Power Plant). The construction started on April 27, 2015, and two units successfully passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation on November 18 and December 25, 2017.
In the process of project construction and award application, leaders at all levels of Henan D.R. paid great attention to and strongly supported the project. The Second Project Management Department attaches great importance to the construction of the project in coordinating the site management of project quality, schedule, safety etc.. The staff of the project has overcome many unfavorable factors such as mountain blasting in the early stage, poor road transportation, hot flashes and rainy weather. Upholding the management concept of “pragmatic and innovative”, the project team was careful in conducting quality planning, and active in creating project highlights. It was delighted that many items such as the main power house framework, firewall, and fan foundation had been recognized by many parties. The project has won many provincial and ministerial achievement awards such as QC achievement, construction method, scientific and technological innovation achievement, etc., and the project department has won the "National Construction Industry Cultural Construction Demonstration Project Department". The project owner and supervisor have given high praise to the project construction.
It’s known that the National High Quality Project Award is the earliest and most authoritative cross-industry and cross-discipline national quality award in the field of project construction confirmed by the State Council and the National High Quality Project Gold Medal is the highest honor in the field of project construction and plays a leading role in the industry.
